“It is a warm and welcoming environment. The other people in class don't take themselves too seriously, and everyone is at their own place on their fitness journey. I'm not in the best shape or the worst shape compared to anyone else. The instruction is delivered with humor, the workouts are different every time so I never get bored. There is a healthy approach, adapting exercises to what my body can do rather than pushing to injury. The music is not a pounding bass beat, and no one is yelling. The workouts aren't too easy, but it feels easy to be a part of them.”
