Instead, we use a simple credit-based system that gives you total flexibility.

You purchase credits, which are like studio currency:

  • 1 credit = $2.75
  • Credits work for every class on the schedule
  • Each class has a set credit cost based on length and type
  • Use credits when you want, for the classes you want

How do I buy credits?

You can purchase credits right through our app or website. Once purchased, credits are automatically added to your account and ready to use! Ready to get started? Click HERE.

Can I buy a credit bundle?

Yes! You can buy enough credits for one class at a time, or you can purchase credit bundles. Credit bundles let you stock up on classes while keeping complete flexibility. No matter which bundle you choose, the value of each credit stays the same — there’s no “better deal” buried in bigger packages and no pressure to over-commit. Bundles are available for purchase directly through our app or website, and credits are added to your account instantly.

What if I don’t want to buy credits at all?

That’s OK! We also offer drop-in pricing if you prefer to pay per class — you’ll see those prices listed in the app or on our website. 

Are there any deals for New Clients?

YES! We offer a one-time New Member Special — get 50 credits for $99 (1 credit = $2). That’s enough to try several different classes and see what you love. It’s the perfect way to experience BEYOND before choosing a larger bundle.

How do I use my credits?

When you sign up for a class, the system will deduct the correct number of credits from your account. That’s it — no need to worry about having to calculate it. You’ll always be able to see how many credits are left in your account right in the app.

Do credits expire?

Credits don’t expire right away! Each bundle comes with a generous use period, so you’ll have plenty of time to schedule your classes. Expiration dates are always listed when you purchase a bundle, and you’ll get reminders before your credits run out.

Can I share credits with someone else?

Credits are non-transferable and tied to your individual account — but your friends can purchase their own bundles and join you for class anytime! (We promise, sweating together is more fun anyway.)

What happens if I cancel a class?

Plans change — we totally get it!! Just cancel at least 12 hours ahead and your credits will go right back into your account.

I want to take several different classes. Can I mix and match?

Yes! That’s one of the best parts about the credit system. Regardless of the bundle you purchased, you can use the credits in your account for ANY class on the schedule, anytime.

What if I run out of credits?

You can purchase more credits at any time. Just go to the app or website, choose the bundle you want, and your new credits will be added instantly.

What if I have some credits left, but not enough for a particular class?

If you don’t have enough credits for a class, your remaining credits will be applied automatically, and you’ll simply pay the small balance at checkout — or you can purchase more credits to cover the full amount.

Can I see my remaining balance?

Yes — your remaining credits will always show in your account when you log in or go to book a class.

Can I pause or freeze my credits if I’m away?

We get it — life happens! If you’re injured, traveling, or need time away from the studio, reach out. We’ll do our best to accommodate a temporary hold on your credits whenever possible.
