Pilates Reformer
Beyond Pilates offers an intense, low-impact workout for all bodies.
Regardless of your level of experience, our Pilates reformer class will help you create long, lean muscles and a strong, stable core.
Embrace the shake. Work on the pilates reformer combines resistance and proper form to challenge your muscles to both strengthen and stabilize. You may feel what many refer to as the’ tremble of truth’ as your body responds and gets stronger. Stand taller and move about your day free of pain with an elongated spine, stable core, and flexible joints. This class will leave you feeling both relaxed and robust enough to tackle whatever else comes your way each day.
BEYOND.Stretch
Recovery is an essential element for any successful fitness program. Stretching is the most effective method of both protecting and rejuvenating your body. Our 60-minute class is designed for everybody but especially those that are currently sore and uncomfortable. The calm, soothing environment allows you to focus on the areas your body is saying you need your attention, leaving you relaxed and relieved of pain.

BEYOND.45
This Interval training class combines Rowing, Strength, Balance, Core stability and Flexibility. Designed to make your body burn more fat so you look better and feel more energetic.
Sculpted muscles, improved endurance, better balance, and core stability.
This class builds strength from the ground up. Water rowers, Terra Core, medicine balls & weights.
Bootcamp
This 45 minute boot camp styles class is set up for all levels. It incorporates strength training + cardiovascular exercise for a quality, time-efficient workout. Class is always different and excited and can be modified for all levels.
BEYOND.Cardio
This is a 45 min class of FUN & SWEAT! It starts with30-minutes of high intensity, dance-based cardio fun followed by 15 minutes of strength training and stretching. Dancing is good for your heart, it makes you stronger, and it can help with balance and coordination. With easy-to-follow moves, you’ll dance, jump, kick, plank, push-up and crunch your way to a happier, healthier you.
NO DANCE EXPERIENCE OR SKILL REQUIRED! Just fun movement!
