BEYOND. Boot Camp is a high-energy, strength-focused workout designed to build power, confidence, and endurance for every fitness level. Each class blends functional strength training, purposeful cardio bursts, and smart programming to help you move better in your everyday life—not just in the studio. With expert coaching, upbeat music, and a supportive community atmosphere, you’ll push past your comfort zone while still feeling safe, supported, and seen. Whether you’re just getting started or leveling up, BEYOND. Boot Camp meets you where you are and helps you leave stronger, both physically and mentally.

BEYOND. Gentle Yoga

BEYOND. Gentle Yoga is a slow-paced, beginner-friendly class designed for anyone new to yoga or looking for a calm, supportive movement experience. This class focuses on gentle stretching, simple poses, and easy-to-follow breathing to help you move better, release tension, and relax.

No prior yoga experience is needed. Modifications are offered throughout, and the emphasis is on feeling comfortable, not pushing limits. You’ll leave feeling looser, calmer, and more refreshed—both in body and mind.

BEYOND. Pilates Reformer

BEYOND. Pilates Reformer offers an intense, low-impact workout for all bodies. Regardless of your level of experience, our Pilates reformer class will help you create long, lean muscles and a strong, stable core. Embrace the shake.  Work on the pilates reformer combines resistance and proper form to challenge your muscles to both strengthen and stabilize.  You may feel what many refer to as the’ tremble of truth’ as your body responds and gets stronger.  Stand taller and move about your day free of pain with an elongated spine, stable core, and flexible joints.  This class will leave you feeling both relaxed and robust enough to tackle whatever else comes your way each day.

BEYOND. Teen Strength

BEYOND. Teen Strength is a dedicated strength-training class designed to help teen girls build confidence, strength, and a positive relationship with movement. Whether she’s brand new to exercise, between sports seasons, or simply wants to feel stronger, this class blends education, empowerment, and fun in a supportive environment.

Led by Coach Ali Goffredo, each 55-minute session teaches proper form, safe lifting techniques, and functional exercises that support balance, coordination, and total-body strength. Classes emphasize community, teamwork, and self-confidence — helping every girl feel supported and successful, no matter where she’s starting.

BEYOND. Box + Burn

BEYOND. Box + Burn is a high-energy, boxing-inspired workout that combines punches, strength intervals, and bursts of cardio for a total-body burn. You'll build power, endurance, and confidence with every round—no experience required. Fast-paced, fun, and empowering, it's the perfect mix of sweat and strength.

BEYOND. Rhythm + Resistance

BEYOND. Rhythm + Resistance is a 45-minute class of FUN & SWEAT! We’ll kick things off with 30 minutes of high-energy cardio designed to get your heart pumping, followed by 15 minutes of strength training and stretching. This total-body workout boosts endurance, builds strength, and improves balance and coordination. With easy-to-follow moves, you’ll jump, kick, plank, push-up, and crunch your way to a happier, healthier you.
