Welcome to BEYOND. the fitness studio, here we challenge, motivate and educate you to get the best workout for your body. All of us have our strengths and/or challenges. At BEYOND. we push you to go deep into your strengths and to nurture and rebuild your challenged areas. Go hard when it is right for your body and back-off when it is not right. It is faster and easier to get results by making small gains consistently day after day, literally building on success after success.
The challenge is when you push too hard and break the system. Then you have a virtual restart. It takes time, energy, effort, and sometimes the help of medical professional just to get back to Day 1.
How do we avoid this trap?

Acknowledge, without judgement or contempt, your current level of fitness.
Start your first day of exercise - observe the body's reaction to the exercise, by body part, increase the challenge to the areas that were not challenged enough, decrease the challenge to the areas that are overwhelmed.
Run a new experiment - track your progress - modify when necessary.
Our Classes
BEYOND.45
BEYOND.45 class is a 45 minute class for all levels from beginner to advanced as we know how to challenge you and support you at your level. BEYOND.45 exercises are designed to create long, lean bodies without strain or injury. We combine rowing, weights, cardio and resistance training with great music to give you a fun, full-body workout! Each class will be different and exciting and you’ll never get bored!
Pilates Reformer
Pilates Reformer class focuses on core strength and proper muscle engagement which improves athletic performance, back pain, injury recovery, weight loss, balance, bone density and posture to name a few. We use a Peak Pilates Reformer for this class.
BEYOND.Stretch
Recovery is an essential element for any successful fitness program. Stretching is the most effective method of both protecting and rejuvenating your body. Our 60-minute class is designed for everybody but especially those that are currently sore and uncomfortable. The calm, soothing environment allows you to focus on the areas your body is saying you need your attention, leaving you relaxed and relieved of pain.
